BELARUS OPPOSED

. Belarussian President Aleksandr Lukashenko, who the day before had criticized NATO action in Bosnia, now says in unequivocal terms that he opposed NATO expansion. "I categorically object and will never agree with today’s attempts to expand the bloc (NATO) and move it to the borders of Belarus," Lukashenko said on Tuesday.
