CHUBAIS PREDICTS YELTSIN WILL KEEP CHERNOMYRDIN.

Anatoly Chubais, formerly first deputy premier and now the brains behind President Boris Yeltsin’s reelection campaign, told a press conference June 13 he is sure Yeltsin will, if reelected, keep to the path of economic reform. Chubais added that he believed Yeltsin would reshuffle his government soon after reelection but would probably keep Viktor Chernomyrdin as prime minister. (NTV, June 13)
