Foreign Minister Andrei Kozyrev said yesterday a political settlement to the Bosnian conflict could be just a month away. "It’s quite realistic to speak of achieving political settlement in a matter of probably one month and the cease-fire is for 60 days," he said. Kozyrev declined to blame any warring party for delaying the cease-fire over the past few days. "I put responsibility on all sides and all members of the Contact Group (on Bosnia) to do whatever they can," he said. "This cease-fire is of crucial importance. It will be a step which might very much be followed by and of war." (1)
