LUKASHENKA, PRIMAKOV TO DISCUSS RELEASE OF TWO RUSSIAN JOURNALISTS.

Russian president Boris Yeltsin yesterday ordered Foreign Minister Yevgeny Primakov to fly to Minsk in order to launch urgent talks with President Alyaksandr Lukashenka on the full range of Russia-Belarus relations, including the release on humanitarian grounds of ORT journalists Pavel Sheremet and Dmitry Zavadsky. The two have been in jail since July 25. Lukashenka yesterday released Uladzimir Kostsin, the only Belarusan citizen on the ORT team whose four Russian members were released on August 22.
