Cooperation in winning international approval of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty, Russian ratification of START II, NATO enlargement, and Bosnia were among the topics discussed during a meeting in Washington July 9 between Russian deputy foreign minister Georgy Mamedov and U.S. deputy secretary of state Strobe Talbott.
