MOSCOW SLAMS HAGUE TRIBUNAL.
Publication: Monitor Volume: 2 Issue: 140
Russian foreign minister Yevgeny Primakov charged in Moscow yesterday that the deliberations of the international tribunal for the former Yugoslavia at The Hague are "overly politicized and unbalanced." He also criticized calls to arrest Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic for extradition to the Hague, saying that such an action could impede Bosnian elections scheduled for September 14.
