Publication: Monitor Volume: 2 Issue: 139

Polish president Aleksander Kwasniewski said in a radio interview yesterday that it is "unclear who is in charge in the Kremlin." Kwasniewski, who was presumably referring to Yeltsin’s health, also applauded the recent re-entry into the government of Anatoly Chubais. (Reuter, July 16)
