Russian justiceminister Valentin Kovalev led a delegation to Geneva to reporton Moscow’s compliance with the International Pact on Civil andPolitical Rights that Russia signed earlier. Kovalev told Itar-TassJuly 17 that "nothing would be concealed, including the Chechenproblem."
