RUSSIAN DEPUTY’S DEATH SEEN AS SUSPICIOUS.

The Brussels- based Christian Democratic International (IDC) believes that death of a Russian deputy who was running for reelection occurred under suspicious circumstances. On December 9, Vitaly Savitsky, leader of the Christian Democratic Union of Russia, was killed in a traffic collision in St. Petersburg. The statement released by the IDC released yesterday did not say why the organization doubts that the death was an accident. (2)
