RUTSKOI FORCED TO REVISE ELECTORAL LIST.

Former vice president Aleksandr Rutskoi has revised and completed the electoral list of his movement Derzhava (Great Power), after it was abandoned by several prominent nationalist figures. The revised list, distinctly weaker than the previous version, includes the nationalist churchman Metropolitan Ioann of St. Petersburg and Ladoga, and Viktor Kobelev, a former close associate of Vladimir Zhirinovsky, now Rutskoi’s campaign manager.
