President Putin is scheduled to meet President Bill Clinton June 4-5 in Moscow, and summit meetings with Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori in Tokyo in August and Prime Minister Athal Behari Vajpayee in New Delhi in October are on the calendar. Also just possible–a Putin trip to Belgrade for a chat with Slobodan Milosevic.
