VOTING STARTS IN CHECHNYA.

Voting in Russia’s presidential election and, concurrently, for a Chechen legislature desired by Moscow began in Chechnya this morning, 48 hours ahead of schedule. Those Russian military units defined as "permanently stationed" in Chechnya are casting ballots for the Chechen legislature as well as for president of Russia.
